Perfectly Located between the Moremi Game Reserve and the Chobe National Park, Khwai Expeditions Camp is home to some of the most diverse habitats including riverine woodlands, mopane woodland, open savannah and lagoons. The lodge comprises 6 luxury tents and 1 family cottage, with the dining and entertainment areas all facing a lagoon with mesmerizing views and often wildlife. The Camp offers exclusive experiences, luxurious amenities and fine cuisine.
Khwai Expeditions Camp is perfectly situated and is proudly in the heart of undoubtedly one of the best game viewing areas of Botswana. With traditional African character overlooking a picturesque lagoon, the camp offers privacy and exclusivity surrounded by lush riverine vegetation serenaded by the grunt of Hippo and the call of an African Fish Eagle. The camp's six tastefully designed comfortable tents are spacious and en-suite, with indoor and outdoor showers and some with bath tubs. Solar power is used for tent lights and to heat water, reducing our carbon footprint and staying true to our values of low impact and a genuine attitude towards preservation and conservation practices.
The tents are linked to the main dining and entertainment area by raised walkways. Tastefully decorated and spacious with all the modern finishes of an authentic safari experience. En-Suite Bathrooms with modern softs for your enjoyment. The main living and dining area with bar and lounge is shaded in the shadows of a giant Jackal Berry Tree. An open fire area is available for those evening fireside tales and campfire stories under the African skies. The camp also has a secluded pool for those that wish to enjoy a cool dip in the midday African heat. Customized Safari Back vehicles are available, driven by experienced Guides to take you on your safari adventure exploring the Khwai Concession and Moremi Game Reserve.
